The aim of the project is to develop a probiotic food supplement that will help alleviate the side effects of the standard treatment of esophageal reflux disease with proton pump inhibitors, which leads to a fundamental disruption of the digestive tract microbiome and the emergence of a number of other health problems. The product will be intended for probiotic supplementation of individuals suffering from reflux with the aim of minimizing the dysbiotic state in the digestive tract caused by the disease itself and/or the influence of pharmacotherapy.
The main results of the project will be a prototype of the final product and a verified technology for its production, protected by a utility model. The partial results will be two functional samples that will serve for further research and development.
The project is co-financed by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic in the TREND program within the National Recovery Plan from the European Recovery and Resilience Instrument.

The aim of the project is to develop unique functional fermented drinks consisting of a milk component (or milk alternative) and a system of appropriately selected encapsulated probiotic cultures, which ultimately have a positive effect on health.

The aim of the project is to develop protocols for the production of individualized probiotics for specific uses – oral cavity, urogenital tract, skin microbiome and canine microbiome, including automation of manual data processing and digitization of the analysis report towards the end customer. The main results of the project will be process and product innovations.

The project aims to develop a new probiotic food supplement based on a unique technology for processing stabilized probiotic cultures, which will be able to preserve the positive effect of probiotic bacteria, but at the same time eliminate the risk of sepsis that probiotics can cause in immunosuppressed oncological patients during chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
The main results of the project will be a functional sample of the final product and a verified technology protected by a utility model. The partial results will be another functional sample that will serve for further research and development.
